What is the ReStore?

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a building materials and home furnishings resale center. We accept donations of items which are in good condition for resale to the public. The ReStore serves as a financial partner in the construction of new Habitat homes and has provided funding for 7 Habitat homes to date. Remember – donations are just as important as sales. We need your quality items and will even pick them up.

What can the ReStore do for you?

You can buy new and used building materials and home furnishings at unbelievably low prices. We have everything from appliances to wallpaper, commodes to the kitchen sink, as well as a wide selection of furniture, dishes, pictures, pots and pans and bric-a-brac. You never know what you might find at the Restore.

You can clean up and clean out. Tired of looking at those leftovers from your last remodeling project? Sick of stuffed storage areas? Do you want donate your furniture to a great cause while clearing room for new décor? Donate all of those items to the ReStore – we can probably even arrange to pick it up? Call us at 321-4241 to make arrangements.

Get a break from Uncle Sam. Your donation to the ReStore may be tax deductible.

If you are a business owner, you can save time and money by donating slow moving items! We’ll clean out your stockroom or warehouse and you may get a tax break to boot.

The ReStore needs your help?

The most valuable gift you can give us is your time.  The following volunteer positions are available and waiting to be filled by YOU.

  • Cashiers / receptionists

  • Drivers assistants (to help load and unload donated materials)

  • Showroom and warehouse salepersons.

  • Warehouse persons (to receive and stock incoming materials.

The ReStore reduces the amount of solid waste that goes into our local landfill by recycling useable items that would otherwise be dumped.


The ReStore gives the public the opportunity to save money by selling materials at bargain prices, making home improvements affordable for all or our neighbors.
